Delete your Yumizo account
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Deleting is permanent and can’t be undone.
In the app
- Open Yumizo and go to the Me tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. If you saved your account with Apple, Google or email, you’ll sign in once more to prove it’s you.
Your account is deleted straight away.
By email
Email us and we’ll delete it for you.
Email support@yumizo.app- Send it from the email address you saved your account with, with the subject “Delete my Yumizo account”.
- Signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email? Include the relay address. You’ll find it in your Apple account settings under Sign in with Apple.
- We’ll confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile, food diary, meal photos, pet, Berries and rewards, settings, and the feedback and data requests linked to your account.
What stays elsewhere
Apple and Google keep their own records of what you bought, under their policies and the law. Emails you sent to our support address are kept as our Privacy Policy describes.
Your Plus subscription
Deleting your account or the app doesn’t cancel Plus. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Never saved your account?
An account you never saved with Apple, Google or email isn’t linked to you, so we can’t find it by email. Delete it in the app, or it’s removed automatically after 90 days without being opened, unless it has an active Plus subscription.
